Conference Guidelines

To ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all participants, speakers, and presenters, please review the following conference guidelines carefully.


Registration Guidelines

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will open at 08:00 AM on the first day of the conference and will remain operational throughout the event. Onsite participants are requested to complete their registration upon arrival and collect their conference materials.

Conference Materials

Registered participants may receive the following conference materials, according to their participation category:

  • Official Conference Badge
  • Conference Program Book
  • Conference Kit & Folder
  • Abstract Book – Digital or Printed, where applicable
  • Participant Materials & Resources

Onsite & Virtual Assistance

Dedicated conference coordinators and technical support staff will be available throughout the event to assist participants with registration, session schedules, venue information, virtual access, presentation requirements, and general inquiries.

Meals & Refreshments

Lunch, coffee breaks, and refreshments will be provided to onsite participants according to the official conference schedule. Participants are requested to wear their conference badges throughout the event for access to conference sessions and facilities.


Speaker Guidelines

Presentation Schedule

Speakers are requested to arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of their presentation. Virtual speakers should join the designated online session at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation.

Presentation Duration

Oral presentations are allocated 20–25 minutes, including presentation time, discussion, and Q&A. Speakers are encouraged to strictly follow the allotted time to ensure smooth session management.

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English.

Presentation Format

Presentations should be prepared in one of the following formats:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX)
  • PDF Format

Slides should be professionally designed, visually clear, concise, and easily readable for both onsite and virtual attendees.

Presentation Submission

To facilitate technical preparation and session coordination, presenters are requested to submit their final presentation at least 15 days prior to the conference.

Speakers are also advised to keep a backup copy of their presentation readily available.

Technical Facilities

Onsite presentation rooms will generally be equipped with:

  • Computer / Laptop
  • LCD Projector
  • Projection Screen
  • Wireless Presenter
  • Microphone & Audio System
  • Internet Access, subject to venue availability

Technical Support

Technical staff will be available throughout the conference to assist presenters with audiovisual requirements, presentation setup, and virtual participation where applicable.


Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster Format

Posters should be professionally designed and clearly communicate the objectives, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions of the research. Posters may cover topics related to food science, nutrition, food technology, nutraceuticals, functional foods, food safety, and related disciplines.

Poster Dimensions

Maximum recommended poster display size:

1 Meter (Width) × 1 Meter (Height)

Poster Display

Onsite presenters are responsible for bringing their printed posters and displaying them in the designated poster exhibition area according to the official conference schedule.

Presenter Attendance

Authors are expected to be available during their assigned poster session to discuss their work, answer questions, and interact with attendees and reviewers.

Poster Removal

Posters should be removed at the conclusion of the conference. The organizing committee cannot assume responsibility for posters or materials left behind after the event.

Best Poster Presentation Award

Outstanding poster presentations will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Selected presenters will be recognized during the Closing Ceremony.


Certification & Awards

Conference Certificates

Registered participants will receive official certificates according to their participation category, including:

  • Speaker Certificate
  • Delegate Certificate
  • Poster Presenter Certificate
  • Session Chair Certificate
  • Organizing Committee Certificate, where applicable

Certificate Information

Certificates will be prepared based on the information provided during registration. Participants are encouraged to carefully verify their name, affiliation, designation, and presentation details before the conference.

Certificate Distribution

Certificates may be distributed during the conference or following the participant’s session, according to the official conference arrangements.

E-Certificates

Digital certificates will be emailed within 3–7 working days after the conference, where applicable.


Awards & Recognition

To recognize outstanding scientific contributions, research excellence, and presentation quality in food science and nutrition, the conference will present:

  • Best Oral Presentation Award
  • Best Poster Presentation Award
  • Young Researcher Award
  • Outstanding Speaker Award
  • Excellence in Food Science & Nutrition Award

Award recipients will be announced and honored during the Closing Ceremony.
